Peabody Residential Implements New Technology and Three New Guarantees

Peabody Residential, a real estate management company based in Reston, Virginia, is implementing latest technology in the delivery of its services and is offering three service guarantees to its clients.

Reston, VA, January 13, 2015 – After registering success during the financial year 2014, Peabody Residential is keen on improving its services. Towards that end, the company has introduced newest technology in the provision of its services to enhance efficiency and to provide clients with important information about their property and to keep them fully updated on all developments.

New Technology Implemented

The technology includes video tours of the company’s rental listings, real time updating of landlords on events that impact their income, including maintenance request and description of the issue, before and after pictures of repairs along with work guarantees from vendors, online access to all documents and on demand video and property condition reports. In the case of rental payment, the new technology makes it possible to provide the property owner with real time notification on tenant rental payment or rejected payment.

Service Guarantees

In addition to the technological improvements, Peabody Residential is offering three service guarantees as listed below:

  1. Re-Rent Leasing Fee Guarantee where if a tenant doesn’t complete the first 12 months of their lease, the company re-rents the property for the client without any charges.
  2. 100% Happiness where the company allows the client to cancel the contract whenever they feel they aren’t satisfied with the company’s services. In such a case, the client is refunded the sum already paid for
    that given month.
  3. Easy to Switch contract where the client can cancel the agreement with the company at anytime without attracting any penalty. They can do so at will without being charged anything.
