I have lived in my apartment for about a year and have nothing but good things to say about the management team. My unit and building are everything I could want in a living space. The few minor... issues I’ve had were addressed immediately (new smoke detectors, HVAC filter, etc). I always get a quick response, whether I’m messaging the manager directly or the office staff.
