Peabody Property Management was created after several property owners approached us with service needs that had not been met boy other property management companies in the area. The sad reality is that most property managers are "fair weather friends" who are unprepared to handle the more challenging aspects of the business. In essence these "property managers" are eager to sell their services, but wuickly lose interest in their clients when challenging problems occur and an experienced property manager is needed. Many of these "managers" do not even have direct experience managing evictions, rent-control filings, city and county inspections, code enforcement issues, significant repairs, renovations, 24/7 emergency coverage, section-8 tenants, debt collection, insurance filings, or other services that actually require industry knowledge and local connections. These more challenging services require hard work and planning to provide, but are critical to long term success. Not every property will require Peabody Property Management's willingness to handle whatever problems arise, but every property owner needs the security of knowing that this level of support will be there if needed.
